		CNC Turning & Precision Shafts C & R Manufacturing specializes in CNC turning to produce parts such as axles, shafts, turbo charger housings, woodworking cutters, valve stems, pulleys, gear blanks. Our tool room features CNC lathes with additional steady rest that can produce ID and OD TIR’s (Total Indicator Runout) within .0002. We can handle shafts from 1/4” to 12” in diameter and up to 60” long, with live tooling. C & R Manufacturing ensures high quality precision shafts and turned parts by using CNC turning equipment with live tooling that allows less handling of the parts. 		Precision Milling Services C & R Manufacturing uses state of the art CNC vertical and horizontal machining centers loaded with a complete selection of tooling for fast efficient changeovers on short or long runs, to ensure you get unmatched on-time deliveries – every time. We have 10 CNC vertical and one horizontal mills with capacity from miniatures through 1000 lb parts and 50” long. Spindle RPM’s are 6000, 10,000 and 12,000. Just-in-time manufacturing with no setup time allows parts to be made and delivered as needed – daily or weekly. Once fixturing is complete, you only pay for the actual part production time – no setup charges. 		Assembly & Hydraulic Components C & R Manufacturing offers J-I-T assembly for hydraulics and other mechanical or electrical components in our custom-built assembly stations, allowing us to meet your delivery needs every time. C & R Manufacturing has 2 hydraulic assembly presses, 2 manual presses, and a computer-controlled hydraulic test station capable of testing pressures to 7000 psi and flow rates to 8 gallons/minute on cylinders and valves. We also have an efficient, custom-designed assembly area that includes an electrical control assembly area and three mechanical assembly areas. C & R Manufacturing can plate, paint, apply decals, test, package and ship the finished assemblies and hydraulic components to meet the customer requirements.




		Prototype Machining C & R Manufacturing machines prototype parts using CNC equipment and the actual production tooling. This allows us to make the production run parts look exactly like the prototype part. Our craftsman will review all the features and will offer cost saving ideas when possible. We can also assist you in the design of prototype parts, to simplify production.
